MusicNT: Sound Rewards Participant Terms and Conditions 

Introduction 

1. Sound Rewards is brought to you by MusicNT. 

2. Sound Rewards encourages members of the public to visit participating venues and  support live music experiences and the night-time economy. 

Merchant: Terms and Conditions 

3. Businesses who participate in Sound Rewards are known as venues. 4. Venues must display their unique Laksa League venue code. 

Sound Rewards: Eligibility and Entry Restrictions 

5. Sound Rewards is an online web-based app that encourages people to visit venues  supporting the music sector across the NT. 

6. Users can earn points by completing a range of interactive actions in the Sound  Rewards platform. A full list of actions and points is provided below. 

7. To participate in Sound Rewards, users must create an account and provide basic  personal details, which will be recorded in line with the MusicNT Privacy Statement. 8. The username and profile photo you provide to create your Sound Rewards account  will be visible to other users who have created an account for Sound Rewards; all  other details will be kept private. 

9. Users can earn points through a range of interactive actions in Sound Rewards. Prize Information and Eligibility 

10. Prizes offered by external organisations are subject to the supplier’s own terms and  conditions. Prize-related communications must be with the supplying organisation. 11. Prize recipients will be notified via phone call and email. Winners will have no more  than 10 business days to claim their prize, or it will be re-allocated to the next eligible  person. 

12. Prize allocation is determined by the MusicNT team, and no discussions or disputes  will be entered into. 

13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered. General Terms 

14. MusicNT reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion without  notice. 

15. By participating in Sound Rewards, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless  MusicNT from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their  participation in Sound Rewards. 

16. MusicNT reserves the right to alter information provided by users if deemed  inappropriate. 

17. By creating an account, entrants accept and unconditionally agree to the above terms  and conditions.

18. Sound Rewards will operate under the MusicNT Privacy Statement.
